March 4, 2019: Taichung Port Authority Branch signed a contract with Tai-Xin 

Century Wind Power for the establishment of an offshore wind power localization zone.

January 10, 2020: Taichung Port Authority Branch signed a contract with Hua Sheng 

Century for the establishment of an offshore wind power localization zone.

February 26, 2020: Century Huaxin Wind Power Co., Ltd. was established.

April 1, 2020: Construction began on the Century Huaxin Offshore Wind Power 

Taichung Port factory.

April 16, 2021: The Taiwan Investment Office of the Ministry of Economic Affairs approved 

investments from 7 companies, with investments exceeding NT$10 billion. Among them, 

Century Huaxin Wind Power introduced technology from the Danish company Welcon, 

investing nearly NT$4 billion to build a production base in Taichung, strengthening 

Taiwan's domestic wind turbine supply chain.

November 6, 2021: ISO 9001 certification was obtained.

April 28, 2022: Chang Hwa Bank hosted the signing ceremony for a NT$4.2 billion 

syndicated loan for Century Huaxin Wind Power, a subsidiary of Century Steel Group.

August 25, 2022: ISO EN 1090 and ISO 3834 certifications were obtained.

April 11, 2023: ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications were obtained.

June 19, 2024: Century Hwa Xin Wind Energy Co., Ltd. is listed on the Emerging Stock Board (ESB) for over-the-counter (OTC) trading.
